Where does TelTel come into all this?
When you add the VoIP module to Odoo, you need to also add a VoIP provider to connect to the regular telephone network. This is what TelTel does, we link your Odoo CRM to the regular phone network, giving you the ability to make and receive calls.
How do I get started?
